Special Abilities
Jenny was born a solider. No really a military history and battlefield tactics was put in her brain. She's a natural when it comes to strategy of all kinds from distraction to navigating a field of laser beams. She was born a natural fighter but some other skills come slower even though she is a full grown adult.
In theory she is capable of all the skills/abilities of a Time Lord but this is still only a theory. She would need a great deal of training to truly harness her abilities and be able to control them like a true Time Lord.
History
Jenny's history is a short one. Being only four days old one can't exactly have that much going on her life. With that said her short history is quite complicated.
Like all 'children of the machine' Jenny is born of one person. This person happened to be an alien known as The Doctor. Her biology is an exact copy of his, being so she has two hearts just like her Father and mimics is biology (aside from his sex). The machine also gave her the gift (or curse) of being battle ready the moment her feet hit the ground. Instead of a Mother's smile most children are greeted with a weapon was thrust into her hands. Less than a minuet into life the battle began to rage around her. As she was destined to be she was a great fighter.
Within a few hours of her first steps she was locked in a cell with her Father and his friend Donna. It was here that she learned just how special her Dad was. He was a fighter but not a solider some how. It was a complicated concept for Jenny to grasp. It wasn't till she got to see him in action that she could really understand him. After Jenny proved she could buck her natural solider programing by not killing, the Doctor and Donna agreed to take her with them. She had so much to learn from her Father and his friend.
In the end the Doctor saved Messaline and united two peoples (human and Hath). It was amazing and wonderful and Jenny knew her place was with him learning all the secrets and skills of the people she was born from. She was to become a Time Lord and one day be a part of that shared history with her Father.
It was all cut short General Cobb the commander of the human forces was a solider though and through. He couldn't buck his programing and took aim at the Doctor, Jenny blocked the shot saving his life but ending her own. The Doctor held her in his arms speaking of all the things they would do. She passed then but her legacy would live on along with her Father's as Messiline forged a society on a foundation of peace.
Later when her body was being prepared for burial that some gold and green gases escaped her body. Was it part of the taraforming process happening on Messiline or had some kind of modified Time Lord biology kicked in? Either way she was off and running. She had planets to see, peoples to save and creatures to battle just like her father. Sure her little shuttle wasn't the best transport but it would do for now.
Personality
Jenny is an enthusiastic girl full of eagerness and a desire to learn. She is extremely active and always on the move. She's always thinking as well, her mind still hold the tactical programing of the solider she was created to be but she's learning to buck the programing more and more as time goes on. Over all she's quite a happy girl looking at life through fresh eyes like a child even if she is a full grown adult. Emotionally it's unclear how she deals with loss and deeper emotions. She is quite capable of attachment and has an air of sexuality about her. She's constantly on a quest of discovery not only when it comes to other worlds but also herself.
Arrival
Jenny's shuttle was nearly out of fuel when it became locked to something pulling her towards it. The views from the windows didn't seem like the normal space she was encountering but a kind of blue and orange vortex type design. Her shuttle crashed landed her in the Hollywood Hills just north of LA. Like any curious young explorer she hid her shuttle as best she could and started to head for the city in search of adventure.
